Does another night of the week work better for more people?

The weekly ride is not set in stone and we can alternate nights. It can be the "WNR: Weekly Night Ride" for all I care.

There are a half dozen - 10 or so people who are regular weekly riders. So do you want to change it to a weekly ride? Keep it on Wednesdays? Or change to Thursdays?

Please post your thoughts on here. I have a lot of stuff going on at any given time but I am usually available Wednesdays or Thursdays. I could even go on a Tuesday, depending on which Tuesday of the month it is.

So please let me know. Thank you!

I remember originally it was a WNR being in the middle of the week, "hump day", . This day is still ok with me but I am also open to change. Or maybe leave the option open week-to-week if someone needs/has a preference for another day. Sometimes it can be weather permitting too to still get the weekly ride in.

Neither is going to be a good night for me for the next few months. I have meetings both those nights almost every week. I may be able to join you on an occasional Thur. And if you're choosing to do a NKY ride on Wed, I may be able to join you around 7:15ish (My weekly meeting is right by Thomas More College). I'll just keep my eyes on the rides and try to join in when I can.

I keep trying to come up with something that works for you, Steve. Dang the luck! I used to work on Legends Way, down from the College, closer to St. E South end. So I am very familiar with the road. Now I just have to do a scooter route. Are you scootering there?

I like Deb's suggestion to make the weekly ride according to which night someone wants to call it. We may need to change the Header from Wednesday Night to Weekly Night Ride. The nice thing is it can still be called the WNR! Sweet!

So I am hoping to get more members giving their two cents worth so we can take a vote or at least discuss it a bit more. I would really appreciate hearing from EVERYONE, whether you are new to the Forum or have been here from the start.

Wednesday nights are only good for me. All other nights I work during the week. Now that I have a girl friend, most weekends will not be free either.

Wednesdays are nice for me as I can usually get the night off. But if I miss I can live with that as long as I get to ride sometimes with yall!

Haven't scooted there yet cuz I haven't had the extra time scooting would take, but I'll probably make the time as the weather gets consistently better and especially if there's a ride in that area. (But give me plenty of notice so I can work out the extra time on the home front)

Weekly Night Rides sounds good to me. More flexibility may give more people an opportunity to ride from time to time.

I like the 'Weekly Nite Ride' idea. I'll be in class on Wednesdays, so I can make any Thursday nite rides that come along . .

I just rearranged my schedule to free up Wednesday nights, by moving things to Thursday. Hoping we can still have some W(ednesday)NRs.

Wednesdays seem to be working well for most people so we'll leave it at Wednesdays.

I say we can ride other nights as well. We'll leave it as WednesdayNR but folks need to know they can call a ride anytime. If Sarah can do Thursdays and wants to ride, we'll ride then, too.
