I should have written, "non-conformist in the same "post" with a Big Dog cliche. . . . it's a contradiction in terms because the reference to staying on the porch if you can't run with the big dogs, etc. is a long running expression that reflects conformity - not the opposite. . .

Personally, I prefer speaking in pig Latin as opposed to English. . .

lol it was strictly a reference to the "vanilla ice" comment thats all

the comment made me think of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Movie.. Vanilla Ice was in the movie ... and Mikey's my favorite Ninja Turtle

really wasn't commenting on the spelling, or the name... makes no difference to me, I'm here to have fun, enjoy the new people and the ride.......... so Big Dogs, Stray Dawgs, Mutts, or whtaever. it's all good with me...... I don't have to worry about the nuns and there lil rulers anymore and I'm pretty sure I've raised a non-conformist or two (or more LOL) in my gang ...........

Howdy all its been a while since i worked on the web site and was hoping for suggestions but have got none , so i am going at it on my own
no one has given any input on it except for a theme song so if you want to check it out only the first page is up , there are no links as of yet or pictures for that fact , please give some input and ideas , i am doing this page for us as a group , we could do a scooter trip page with pictures , i would put some up but i havent been any place yet
and this is kinda like voting , if you dont give input you have no right to complain

Sorry, Nyghtflier, just haven't had time to give it a lot of thought. The web page is good and the theme song funny as always. I continue to view the Stray Dawgs as a tongue-in-cheek scooter club and since I'm not really interested in "joining" another scooter club, I don't know exactly what you're looking for on the website. I am interested in stickers, button, t-shirts and the like, which may be a lot more work than a website. The Stray Dawgs theme is hilarious to me. So whatever you do at this point is commendable and I appreciate any work you do on it. The way I see Stray Dawgs' website is a good place for "out there" materials and links; things we wouldn't normally consider strictly scooter-related material because we are, after all, "stray" from the pack. I don't see a reason to have trips, pictures, links repeated on Stray Dawgs site if these things are already on the scootercincinnati Forum unless you are seriously making it a "for real" scooter club.

So that's my input for now. Like everything else scooter related, I just want to have fun and the idea of a Stray Dawg "club" is funny as heck as long as I don't have to do much more than help set up a way to get our final picture to Café Press or wherever to get some stuff printed up.

I'm sorry I haven't given any feedback. I've been waiting to see what direction you were going to take it before giving any input. And like Bonegirl said, not sure you just want to repeat information that we have here. To be honest, all the information I'm looking for is already on this site, except for some fun t-shirt, sticker, etc ideas that your site could definitely support. If this is a serious club you're starting then as you develop the club, your site can reflect the needs of those in the club. Probably hard to tell what those are right now. I do like the new look better than the original and the song definitely adds some fun personality.

I have got into the service end of chinese scooters the dealer i got mine from does not want to work on a bike unless you bought from him
and on the part he is backed up with work and not overly reliable as to getting things done ,we are still on him to get beths title from him has been four months now
but with this in mind i went into business for my self 2 weeks ago
and have already done a few services and a pm on some scooters
and i made a business card to ,hence the name change for my stray dawgs

Darrin, those are nice cards and I am glad someone is helping out the Chinese scooter owners here. Good luck with this endeavor! We run into folks all the time who have these scooters so you may have to have some business cards printed out for me to carry.
