Meet between 1pm and 1:30pm. The ride will start shortly after.
We will ride through Brookville, Metamora, Oldenburg, Batesville, & stop for dinner in Lawrenceburg at Whiskies. Anyone know of any good stopping points along the way, let me know.[/img]
:D

Mike, maybe we can look around Batesville a bit for apples. Oldenburg is famous for that. They also have a lot of cool church places to take a peek at while we're there.

Sounds great Ang. Let me know while we are stopped in Metamora where you would like me to stop in Oldenburg & or Batesville.

We will have till after 5pm to get to Whiskies. I called for reservations there and will confirm at 4pm with a call on how many we have and what time exactly we will get there at Whiskies.

Mike, Thanks for a fabulous ride!

It was great to see everyone and share the great roads and scenery, and taunt the bermuda triangle of indiana

Some photos here: http://dademoss.smugmug.com/Other/september-ride-2009/9615470_Y6owt/1/647935812_giCLy

Would have been more, but my camera got a little crabby.

Mike thank you for a great ride again, beautiful scenery great times good friends who ever did not go you missed an awesome ride.
the bad part was for sure the breakdowns ! thankfully not enough to ground anybody.
Jason im glad you made it home without further trouble.
Ben Angie Dave and Lori Thanks for sticking with Beth and I through the roadside repair. dang spark plug boot came apart but thanks to a ballpoint pen spring and some luck we got it to hold together for the rest of the ride.
and we found out something too!!! GREMLINS LIVE THE GRASS !! as the miles queen found out.
Angie i think that gremlin bell actually calls the gremlins.
GREAT RIDE, GREAT TIME ,GREAT FRIENDS = PRICELESS
Also Thanks Gem City For coming and riding with us

Great showing everyone! Thanks Eric, Jason(from Gem City), Beth, Darrin, Ben, Angie, Dave and rider Lori, Mike, Sarah, Sheila, Deb, Raymond, Brent, Sharon, Ed and his rider who I forgot her name, & Corallee for showing up for the ride! I hope I didn't forget someone .... oh the gremlin  :?
This was a crazy ride with all the break downs BUT at least nobody had to be towed or trailered! Jason with his starting issues, who left us early because of that. Beth stalled on 52 with Darrin repairing the problem. Ben, Angie, and Dave stayed with them while we waited in Metamora. Angie had her clutch come apart at Metamora and Ben repaired that in time to leave to eat at Whiskies. I wasn't gonna leave anyone behind. I had a back up plan just incase.
In all, it was a beautiful ride with some great friends & new ones!!

Only two months late! Here are the pictures I took of the ride that was a day from hell as far as mechanical problems. But we still had fun in the end!
