Mike, did you pick the 2nd Saturday of the month because you're off work?

I need to keep the Calendar on this Forum updated so we can have an idea what's going on all the time. The 2nd Saturday of the month is open, August 14th, but wasn't sure if I wanted to do a big ride the day before Drag Racing. So the 7th and 14th look to be open for right now.

Any interest in the 7th or 14th for a ride? I have a couple places that would be new for us. I'm thinking north near Dayton. Figure on the better part of an afternoon. I don't want to leave anyone out but some of these longer rides need to start no later than 1pm.

Please let me know if anyone is interested so I can start planning a route. Thanks, Kids!

I wouldn't be able to make it on the 7th, I will be out of town in Hocking Hills all w/e. If the ride ends up being on the 14th, I would be interested

I have to work that Saturday (14th) due to being off the last 2 Saturdays of that month, BUT I can still lead a ride that will not start till 2pm. If that is ok with everyone?

Count me in for the 14th at whatever time. Hopefully we can have another large turn out like last weekend!!!

We can make it by 2:30pm or list route and we will catch up if you start at 2pm. Starting at 2pm from my store would be nice : ) just kidding.

Probably right. I was just asking if he was off work the 2nd Saturday of the month so I could include him in a ride with the rest of us.

Tell you what, if Mike would like to lead the ride next month that's awesome. Folks like you and him can start later in the afternoon that way. Thanks for taking the ball and rolling with it, Mike. You're awesome!

Since I started the ball rolling we have transitioned a bit. Because I wanted to do an earlier ride, and since Randy has tried to do a Maysville,Kentucky Ride for months, I think I will step down this month and let Randy and Kat take the lead on this one. me and him have discussed it so everything's cool.

So as of now, this month's 2nd Saturday Ride will be Randy's call. I am sure you guys are just happy to have a ride organized. See you on the 14th!

After talking with Angie, the torch has been handed to me to lead the August 14th Second Saturday of the Month Ride!
We are asking for everyone to meet Saturday around 1:30 pm. We will meet at our computer store (http://www.rhtechnicall.com) at 1:45pm and the ride will leave at 2:15pm sharp (UNLESS, I get some folks that need a little more time to make it here; CALL ME) from the parking lot of the Amelia Shopping Center, information and map information below.

Our ride will begin with riding down Merwin 10 mile towards 52, then we will take left turn and head East towards Maysville, crossing bridge where we will stop for FOOD around 4:15pm or so. We will then continue West on Route 8 in KY back thru a scenic ride of the riverside and then over into Ohio again, finishing up at the boat ramp parking lot near the Majestic Riverboat.

We are planning on stopping at CHANDLER'S or some other place if we see it in Maysville to eat lunch.

I am estimating this to be about a 4 hour trip with 1.0 hours FOOD time included. Gas breaks will be made along the way as needed for scooters with smaller tanks etc.

Thanks a ton, Randy! I am SO in! I would like a little time in Maysville to look around as well as eat if we have time.

I LOVE Buffalo Wings and Rings so may come up early to eat lunch and check out the store.

Randy has suggested this ride so many times and all our schedules conflicted so I hope many of you can come out for this. It is a nice ride.
