Additional information can be found here too:
I made a little Rally website - in case someone is asking questions about what is going on, where, how to get there, and other places to stay you can refer them to the website (or me) for further information:

I am in for this one as long as my PO allows me to leave the city again.

Camping

Postby Bonegirl » 26 Jul 2008, 05:15

This Rally is best attended by staying at the Campground where you are sure not to miss all the fun. It was my first Scooter Rally and I had a blast (even with a broken foot, in August and no scooter riding). Hope a lot of you can attend this one.

What fun! Really a fun time. Thanks to all who make hanging out a lot of fun. Nice ride through my favorite cornfields, plenty of good food, and entertainment that can't be matched anywhere else!

Just remember not to leave your trailer unattended. Otherwise, the Vulcans may paint it pink.

Too much fun

Postby Bonegirl » 25 Aug 2008, 00:41

All I can say is Thank God I don't have to work tomorrow! Dear Jesus in Heaven, you people wore me out! I have not had this much fun in a long time. I think the Harley Dude will have a hard time ex paining this one to his friends. It was brought to my attention that motorcycle rallies get a lot of naked chicks and scooter rallies get a lot of naked men. What the heck is up with that? Hey, I'm not complaining! Anyway, I took more pictures of people than bikes this time because the people are the ones who make the party. Thanks to Alex (apsman) for my beautiful hair ornaments for Friday Night's party. I received quite a lot of compliments...they went well with my pants...oh, wait...I didn't have any pants...never mind. Anyway, I am sorry if you missed this one because I don't think anyone had a bad time...except the girl who crashed her new Buddy during the Figure 8 race...or Tom when his scooter belt disintegrated just before the Group ride...or Burke from Shelbyville who broke down in the Staples parking lot during the lunch break...or Alex when a spider decided to pay him a surprise visit. No, wait...these people still had fun despite it all. And here are the pictures to prove it:

I had a fantastic time-my first camping rally! Thanks to Ben, Angie, and Dave for the pics. I hope to do better in next year's obstacle course!

Looks like you guys had a blast! I'll have to seriously consider this for next year.

So, Ang, were you voluntarily not wearing pants...or was that beverage-aided?

Absolutely voluntary. It was so dang hot over the weekend. By the time I set up 3 tents and a gazebo, I was roasting. So by 2:30pm on Friday afternoon I decided it was gonna' be a "No Pants" weekend.

The Dayton Rally is always the most fun. Camping Rallies, in general, I like better because all the festivities are in one big place. You can be near all the activities without going far from home...and you aren't required to wear pants.

Sometimes it's nice to run around with your friends and not bar hop. You could sit by a campfire, sing karaoke, talk with your friends or just about anything you wanted and still be close enough to your campsite to call it a day.
