Sept 11-13 deals Gap. Iam staying in Robbinsville. Going to meet up with a Burgman Group from the Burgman USA Forum.
Anna and I will meet them in Telico Planes on the Skyway about 1130 Sat Morn.
We will need everyones Prayer support on this one.
I plane to leave Fri morn by 8:00 so I can get there before Dark.
I guess the Burgy and the Buddy will have to make friends on the way down in the trailer.

Ron, I didn't know you were really going down there! It is my favorite place (although Virginia's Skyline Drive is cool as heck).

We'll miss you by a couple weeks since we aren't going down until 9/25. I have no fear of the Dragon and have been there several times; I've ridden it at least a dozen times and love it more and more each lap. Just stay away from the center lines and you'll do fine. Those yellow line huggers beg for abuse. I have never had trouble with the crotch rockets, either. You do need to slow down, move to the right of the lane and motion for them to pass if they're riding your butt. It is fun to go fast and sucks when you're stuck behind a slowpoke; so if you're the slow one, be courteous and let them ride past you. I wait until it's safe, though, before I motion them past. There are a few places you can even pull off the road to let people pass. Oh, yeah, did I tell you I love it down there? Lots to see and do and so many awesome roads. Make sure you do the Cherohala Skyway. It is COLD once you get to the top of the mountain. Sweet ride and I can't wait to get down there again.

Have a ton of fun! There is a really neat Motel in Robbinsville: Phillips Motel. Ma Phillips is a hoot. You guys are probably staying at the, uh, Microtel?

The Reason I chose this weekend is because of the other clubs activites on that weekend.

And I didn't know U were going this year [MY FALT].

I still don't have my trailer ready. so if it gets down to the wire I still may change my reservation at the SAN-RAN.

I an staying there cause MY AMA rep [Marshal Goodman] recomended it
Thanks for offering to help Anna learn to Ride I think she's haveing trouble getting over those FIRST time rideing Jitters.
