The Flying Pig has requested scooter volunteers again. So if you're crazy enough to wake up super early on a Sunday, and possibly brave some cold rain to run a marathon, I suggest you ride a scooter instead.

Fer serious though, here's a chance to serve your fellow Cincinnatians and increase the safety of the participants of the Flying Pig, or at least get to use a bit of authority and say "Cars Cannot Enter the Course! <only scooters>".

The marathon takes place on May 1st, probably all morning long. How early depends on the zone captain that volunteers will be assigned to. As in the past I will probably suggest trying to coordinate a diner breakfast for volunteers after race duty is over. Please email seth @ metroscooter . com to RSVP or with any questions.
