Hi, Jim!
The repair shops are usually those that sell the scooters: Metro Scooter Shop, Honda, Cycle Specialties, etc.
The Chinese bikes are a little harder to find repair shops. Omni probably does work on their scooters. Nyghtflier, a member of this Forum, also does scooter work for people who need help with Chinese scooter repairs.

I know that this isn't exactly in the Cincy area, but Scooter Source is always a good place to go. It is located right near Waynesville in the little town of Lytle. If interested call Jimi at 937-604-5966
